Standards & control

Built around competent assessment — not automated sign-off.

Auto Assess IQ uses a controlled standards and guidance reference framework to help match the assessor’s spoken findings to the relevant parts of the report. It supports the competent assessor; it does not replace them.

Reference framework

The platform can be configured around applicable British Standards, recognised fire safety guidance, PAS 79 methodology where relevant, LACORS guidance and other agreed assessment references. References are maintained as controlled content so that updates can be managed rather than hardcoded forever.

Professional review

The assessor reviews the complete output. They can amend or reject suggested wording, change the priority of an action, alter the interpretation and confirm whether a reference is appropriate to the particular premises.

Training foundation

The reporting approach has been developed using thousands of previous fire risk assessments and the working practices of a highly experienced assessor.

Key message

The software helps create a consistent, standards-referenced report. The competent assessor remains responsible for professional judgement and final approval.

Spend more time assessing. Less time writing.
